COLD DRAWN PIPES FOR HYDRAULIC CIRCUITS FINISHED INSIDE







FIELD OF USE

The tubes of this type are mainly used as conductor in pressure in hydraulic and pneumatic systems .

 

SUPPLY :

Normalized (N sec . EN10305 / NBK sec . DIN 2391 )After the cold forming , these tubes are subjected to thermal treatment under protective gas at a temperature above the upper critical point .

 

SURFACE PROTECTION :

The tubes are usually supplied with the following corrosion protection :Pipes with an internal diameter 2 < 6mm : internally and externally treated with mineral oilPipes with an internal diameter ≥ 6 mm : internally and externally treated with mineral oil or phosphated on request ( bonderised ) .orThe tubes are galvanized galvanized outside without hexavalent chromium, with a standard thickness of 8/12 um and protected by passivation of white or silver. A request can be supplied tubes with a thickness of zinc upper (12 / 25um over 25 um) . All the ends of the tubes are closed by caps or plastic caps .

on all pipes are given the following data: - the manufacturer's mark , steel grade standards.

 

CERTIFICATES :

we equip the provision of related certificates of origin bearing chemical analysis and mechanical testing related to the production standards .
